Aaron a plus de 20 années d'expérience dans l'exécution de CQV d'API et de biotechnologie, la direction et la gestion de projets dans la mise en service, la qualification et la validation liées à des centres de développement et de production biopharmaceutiques de pointe. Son expérience comprend le développement et la mise en œuvre de programmes de mise en service, de qualification et de validation à court et à long terme pour des projets d'une valeur allant jusqu'à 250 millions de dollars. Aaron a fourni des services de conseil technique et de conformité, développé des plans directeurs CQV, mené des audits BPF, des évaluations CFR 21 partie 11 et mis en œuvre des stratégies de planification et d'exécution de projets CQV pour un certain nombre d'entreprises américaines et multinationales dans le monde entier.
