Gerald possède plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans l'ingénierie des procédés discontinus et continus. Il est reconnu comme un expert/consultant dans les meilleures pratiques pour le confinement des composés puissants, le nettoyage en place (NEP) et possède une grande expérience des installations d'hydrogénation par lots et du traitement des solvants. Gerald est un expert dans la fourniture de solutions de traitement par lots flexibles/adaptables aux problèmes des clients. Il possède également des connaissances approfondies des stratégies de contrôle de la contamination (flux d'air et technologie des barrières) et des approches de NEP pour la production de produits chimiques en vrac. Jerry a travaillé sur plusieurs projets de grande envergure à travers les États-Unis et l'Asie, et a dirigé un groupe de plus de vingt-cinq professionnels de divers horizons.
