M. Todorov a plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie avec des programmes de développement de processus des stades précoce à avancé, contribuant à des études pour de nouveaux médicaments expérimentaux, soutenant des partenariats externes et apportant des conseils dans le domaine de la thérapie cellulaire et des VAA de la thérapie génique. Avant de rejoindre IPS, il a occupé un poste stratégique de direction dans le développement de nouvelles plates-formes d'analyse de production VAA (virus adéno-associé) grâce à l'évaluation de nouvelles technologies et de projets d'amélioration continue des procédés. George a développé et mis en œuvre l’augmentation du processus VAA pour les systèmes d'expression transitoire dans les cellules de mammifères, en tirant parti des études d'optimisation du rendement du DOE.
Son expérience pratique comme conseiller comprend la conception et la coordination d'extensions de laboratoires et d'installations BPF pour diverses opérations de thérapie cellulaire et de mise à l'échelle de processus VAA. George est un leader méticuleux, curieux et attentif aux données, qui se concentre sur l'autonomisation ainsi que sur le développement des équipes et des organisations. Il a formé et géré du personnel technique dans le développement de processus VAA et la production allant de la décongélation de cellules à la formulation finale.
